Karen is an experienced and accredited Executive Coach with the European Mentoring Coaching Confederation (EMCC). Karen worked at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, an American multinational organisation for almost 25 years. During that time, she secured and consolidated relationships with high-value customers, built accomplished teams and led successful international alliances. She was responsible for designing and delivering bespoke client training programmes and is experienced in facilitating in-person and virtual workshops for globally dispersed teams.
The extensive coaching and mentoring expertise acquired throughout her career have been invaluable to her people management, talent development and leadership skills.
Moreover, working in Dublin, London, Brussels and South Africa, with global teams has afforded Karen a unique insight into the organisational, operational and cultural challenges that international businesses face. She also led key 'Women's Initiatives' programmes including the design and development of the cross-company mentoring Programme Triple FS, which included coaching & mentoring strategies.
Karen is currently studying a Masters Degree in Business and Leadership, which incorporates modules on Executive Coaching, Organisational Behaviour and Leadership.
Owen Murray is an accredited Business Coach licensed by the Irish Institute of NLP, and is also the holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching, accredited by University College Cork, The Irish Management Institute and the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC). He has over 10 years’ experience as a Coach and has had a very diverse and successful career leading a number of initiatives across a wide variety of business sectors over the last 25 years. One of Owen’s passions is learning and with qualifications in Management, Coaching, Technology Leadership, Engineering and Health & Fitness, he brings a unique blend of skills and experience to ensure that both individuals and groups will get the most out of their coaching sessions.
Some of the sectors Owen has been involved with in the past include Technology, Automotive, Logistics, Retail, Medical, Health & Fitness, and Construction. He also has vast experience in various business functions including Senior Management, Operations, Sales, Project Management and Finance. Owen has previously lectured Third level students and has been a speaker at international conferences including ‘The Rude Health Show’ and the annual Electronomous Electric and Autonomous vehicle event. Owen specialises in coaching people who are setting up their own businesses, thinking about changing careers, or those trying to make more of an impact in their current organisation.

A former Army Officer, Duncan has successfully built and led multi-cultural teams in Lebanon, Western Sahara and East Timor.

Gabriel is currently a Senior VP at Stratagem Partners, Ireland’s leading Corporate Strategy and Brexit Advisory Service as well as Adjunct Professor of Business at Dublin City University.
Gabriel is a seasoned CEO, having led large organisations through major transformations in the Energy, Environmental and Food sectors, building resilient and creative leaders and teams able to deliver growth in the most challenging environments. He has extensive experience of international business development, negotiation and innovating for growth.
Gabriel coaches and mentors senior leaders and top teams, also providing leadership development to c-suite executives.
A former Army Captain, Gabriel holds primary and Master’s degrees in Science and Business Administration and a Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching. He is challenging, innovative and well informed, yet always good humoured.
